・勤務形態:9:00〜17:30(土日祝休み、年間休日125日)

■募集ポジション:

機械設計・現場監督候補

■主な業務内容

・CADを使用した金属表面処理設備の設計

・将来的な現場監督業務

・運搬、排気、循環設備等の総合的な機械設計

・搬送設備の設計および各種回収

・廃水処理装置の設計

・既存設備・装置の改良、改造に伴う設計修正

・協力会社を活用した業務遂行および現場での検収立会

■入社後のサポート

・入社後約3年間は教育期間として、基礎知識をじっくり習得

・用語、工具の使い方、図面の見方から順次指導

・先輩のアシスタントとして現場に入り、設備構造を理解

・1年を目途に既存図面の修正等の実践業務へ移行

必須資格

・機械・工業系高校、高等専門学校卒もしくは大卒の方

・普通自動車運転免許

・ワード・エクセル・CADの基本操作ができる方

・経験者歓迎

・有資格者歓迎

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間

・9:00〜17:30

・休憩時間:60分(12:00~13:00)

・残業あり:月平均20時間程度

(残業代は17:30~18:00迄を休憩時間として、18:00を超えた時間から30分単位で支払います。)

・土日出勤の可能性あり(出張勤務、代休取得可能)

・年俸制3,000,000円〜5,160,000円+特別手当+残業代

・試用期間あり(3ヶ月/同条件)

・昇給あり:1年あたり4.00%〜9.00%(前年度実績)

・昇格あり:昇格対象者は毎年4月

・交通費支給(実費支給/上限あり:月額30,000円)

・特別手当(支給額は業績による/前年度実績計2ヶ月/年俸額とは別に支払い)
