AI技術やその応用のプロトタイプシステムの開発において、技術内容や開発要件、利用シナリオを正確に把握し、海外技術チーム(日本在籍者含む)との橋渡しを担ってもらいます。
【具体的には】
◆要件定義支援:日本側のステークホルダーと協力し、技術開発の目的やスコープ、制約条件を明確化。その内容をもとに開発内容を海外人材に共有・調整。
◆進捗・品質管理:開発の各フェーズの進捗管理し、成果物のレビューや必要に応じて課題抽出と改善を主導。
◆異文化間の差異調整:海外開発チームとの文化・慣習の違いを吸収し、円滑な連携をサポート。
