【予定業務】

・プラントベース食品の処方・工程条件を決定するための試作研究

・プラントベース食品の素材に関する研究

・試作品の評価

・試作処方・工程条件に基づき、製造ラインでのマスプロ化

・社内関連部署および社外(生産委託先)との交渉

・マスプロ化後の生産工場管理フォロー など

・食品の開発経験3年以上

・理系学部出身

【尚可要件】

・加工食品の開発経験(畜肉加工品・水産練製品・卵加工品・乳加工品等)

待遇

【給与】

- 想定年収:550万円~900万円

(想定時間外労働15時間/月を含む。年次/家族状況/賞与により変動)

※内訳

- 月給:283,700円~447,900円

  • 賞与:基本給6ヵ月~8ヵ月程度

  • その他:役職手当、住宅手当、家族手当、残業手当(残業時間に応じて全額支給)等を規定に基づき支給
