自社サービス「電話占いカリス」「SATORI電話占い」「恋愛相談METHOD」は、 常に上位ランクされている人気サイトになります。多くのお客様にご利用いただき、売上が順調に伸びているため、運営スタッフを増員募集いたします。

元ホテルスタッフ、アパレルショップ店員、コスメショップ店員、携帯ショップ店員、美容師などなど、異業種からオフィスワークへ転身した先輩たちが活躍しています

接客・サービス業経験のある方のキャリアチェンジ大歓迎

メールなど、基本的なPC操作ができれば問題ナシ先輩スタッフがサポートするので、安心してスタートいただけます。

シフト制のため、土日祝と平日にバランス良くお休み(希望制)が取得できます。旅行や買い物などは空いている平日に、お友達との約束など土日に予定を入れることもできるので、ハイブリッドな働き方が実現できます服装、髪色髪型、ネイル自由

【業務内容】

下記どちらかをメインでご担当いただきます。

①マネジメント業務(所属している鑑定士の先生方のサポート)

②サイト運営業務

└ブログチェック、レビューチェック、入金サポートなど事務作業

└カスタマーサポート(メール/電話の問い合わせ対応※メールがメイン)

└運用(CP対応など)

【必須スキル・経験】

接客など顧客折衝の経験がある方(店長や副店長経験は大歓迎業界問わず、アパレル、飲食業も勿論OK)

基本的なPCスキル

・大卒以上

・接客、販売など顧客折衝経験

勤務時間・曜日:

標準労働時間 13:00~22:00(実働8時間)

月平均の土日祝稼働は、3~5回程度のローテーション(カレンダーによって変動あり。)

土日祝のリモート可(もちろん出社も可。希望による。)

シフトは希望を考慮し、全体調整後に決定(前月に希望を入力いただきます。)

年間休日:125日休暇制度:有給休暇、慶弔休暇、産休・育休、夏季休暇
