このチームは、限られたリソースの中で、より多くのお客様にセールスフォース製品を効果的に活用していただくことを目指しています。直接的なサポートが難しいお客様(Standard顧客や小規模Premier顧客)に対し、デジタルコンテンツを通じて間接的に支援することで、お客様が自ら課題を解決できるよう促し、結果として製品の継続利用を促すことが目的です。このチームでは下記のサービスを提供しています。
● デジタルコンテンツの提供:
お客様に提供するデジタルコンテンツには、以下の種類があります。これらは、工数をかけずに広く提供できるよう、汎用的なリソースとして作成されます。
● 動画/資料/ウェビナー/イベントの分析:
これらは、視聴回数やダウンロード数といったデータを追跡できるため、お客様の関心や利用状況を分析し、コンテンツの改善に役立てます。
● Knowledge/YouTubeの活用:
これらのコンテンツも積極的に活用します。データ追跡が困難なものも処理し、お客様の自己解決を促します。
● ユーザーグループ(UG)の運営:
このチームは、単に一方的に情報を提供するだけでなく、お客様同士の学び合いを促す「ユーザーグループ」の運営も行います。
ユーザーグループとはお客様が互いに経験や知識を共有し、協力して課題を解決できる場です。チームのメンバーは、ファシリテーターとしてユーザーグループに参加し、議論を活発化させ、必要なコンテンツを提供します。ユーザーグループで生まれた成功事例やベストプラクティスは、デジタルコンテンツとして再編集され、より多くの顧客に共有されます。
● コンテンツ作成について:
このチームのコンテンツ作成においては、以下の2つの視点が不可欠です。
● ユーザーマインド:
お客様がどのような課題を抱えているか、何を求めているかを深く理解することが最も重要です。
● 製品知識: セールスフォース製品に関する深い知識を持ち、お客様の課題を解決するための最適なソリューションを提示します。
これらを両立させることで、高品質で需要の高いコンテンツを継続的に生み出し、お客様の製品活用を強力に推進します。
<職務概要>
このポジションは、セールスフォースのカスタマーサクセスチームの一員として、お客様が製品を最大限に活用できるよう支援する仕事です。あなたは、お客様にどのような情報を、どのように届けるべきかを考え、具体的な施策を企画・実行する役割を担います。
具体的には、以下の業務を通じて、お客様の製品活用をサポートします。
デジタルチャネルの運用: WebサイトやSNS(X)、メールマガジンといったデジタルチャネルのオーナーとして、日々の運用
コンテンツの企画・収集: お客様が製品をよりよく活用できるよう、発信するべきコンテンツを社内の関係部署と連携しながら収集し、まとめる。
施策の実行と効果測定: お客様のエンゲージメント(関心度)を高めるためのキャンペーンや施策を実行し、その効果を分析して改善策を立案
イベントの運営支援: ウェブセミナーの実施や動画の公開、ユーザーグループのイベント開催をサポート
