施設スタッフとして、ご利用者様の生活をサポートするお仕事になります。

医療依存度が高い方が生活する施設にて、生活のお手伝いを行います。

具体的には…

ご利用者様やご家族のご相談にお応え

食事の準備やトイレ、入浴などのサポート

清掃や身の回りの環境整備

ご利用者様や一緒に働くスタッフとコミュニケーションをとりながら、

安心・快適な生活をサポートします。

グループ内で医療機関や各種専門職のメンバーが多数在籍しており、

未経験の方に関しては、研修やサポート体制が整っているので安心してスタートできます
