業務内容
同社の家計簿アプリは、大手銀行との連携を通じて新たな金融サービスを提供するために、
開発・運営の主体を合弁会社に移し、

■具体的な業務内容
チームビルディング
品質と生産性の両方を高めることで、エンジニアチームのアウトプットを最大化するためのチームビルディングを行う
ピープルマネジメント
グローバルなエンジニアチームにおいて、個々のエンジニアの成長環境を改善し、育成、評価、採用等を行う
プロジェクトマネジメント
開発部が関与するプロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクトの責任を持ち、エンジニア組織内での調整を主導する。エンジニア・ビジネスサイド・PdMチームなどの各カウンターパートと連携し、プロジェクトの成功に向けたマネジメントを行う。

- 言語 : Ruby, Java, Kotlin, Swift
- フレームワーク : Ruby on Rails, SpringBoot
- データベース : MySQL
- インフラ・ミドルウェア : AWS (EKS, S3, RDS, etc...), GCP (BigQuery, Firebase), Cloudflare, Kubernetes, Envoy, Nginx, Redis, Memcached, HAProxy

応募条件
■必須
- 5名以上のエンジニア組織の採用、育成、評価を含むピープルマネジメント経験
- エンジニアとしての実務経験5年以上
- 多国籍の開発チームと英語で協力し、プロジェクトを推進した経験
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
- 目安:TOEIC700点以上
■歓迎
- 10名程度の開発組織におけるテックリード/エンジニアマネジメントの経験
- クラウドインフラの設計・開発・運用実務経験
- マイクロサービスの設計・開発・運用実務経験
- 勉強会・カンファレンスへの登壇・開催経験
