業務内容
■
技術的な専門家(SME)として、ColtのEthernet、Wave、IP、Voiceサービスの伝送ネットワークのエンドツーエンドの分析を行い、顧客の要件とネットワークアーキテクチャの成果物に基づいた明確なソリューションを提供します。また、さまざまな計画ツールやNMSシステムを使用してL2アクセスネットワークの容量を検証することが求められます。
Coltネットワーク上で伝送回線を構成し、要件を分析し、ルートと設計を検証し、SDH、DWDM、OTN、MSP、MMSP、IQNETパケット&光ネットワークを介してColtのネットワーク管理システムにアクセスしてリモートで回線を構成します。構成後、回線がアラームフリーであることを確認し、フィールドエンジニアと連携してサービスのE2Eテストを実施します。
さらに、候補者は複雑な顧客案件をリードし、主要な利害関係者とのコミュニケーションを担当し、デリバリープロジェクト、顧客回線移行プロジェクトをリードし、UAT/ORTテストの実施を支援します。
【Job Responsibilities】
- Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to perform end-to-end analysis of Colt's transmission network for Ethernet, Wave, IP, and Voice services, and provide clear solutions based on customer requirements and network architecture deliverables.
- Validate Layer 2 access network capacity using various planning tools and NMS systems.
- Configure transmission circuits on the Colt network by analyzing requirements, validating routes and designs, and accessing Colt's Network Management System (NMS) to remotely configure circuits across SDH, DWDM, OTN, MSP, MMSP, IQNET packet, and optical networks.
- Ensure circuits are alarm-free after configuration and coordinate with field engineers to perform end-to-end service testing.
- Lead complex customer projects, manage communication with key stakeholders, and drive delivery projects and customer circuit migration projects.
- Support project teams in executing UAT/ORT testing successfully.

・ 日本語が流暢であり、英語での基礎的な会話が可能な方
・ネットワークの運用・構築・設計のいずれかの実務経験が3年以上ある方
・L1~L3スイッチ、WDM、伝送装置(SDH、DWDM、OTNなど)のいずれかの対応の経験があること。
-・CCNA、CCNP、CCIEなど、ネットワーク関連のいずれかの認定資格を保有している方

【Must】
-Fluent in Japanese and able to communicate in basic English
-At least 3 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following: network operations, network design, or network implementation
-Experience either with L1–L3 switches, WDM, or transmission equipment (SDH, DWDM, OTN, etc.)
-Possession of one or more networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE
