職務内容 Roles and Responsibilities 【職務内容】
プライオリティアカウント(PE、事業会社)を中心にプレディールからポストディールまでの様々な局面に入り込み、クライアントの価値創造シナリオをデザイン、実行をリードすることで、FA, DD, Closing Supportなどのディールトランザクションサービスをクライアントの全社変革へとつなげる。
・シナジー分析(例:ディールズストラテジー/コーポレートファイナンスとの連携)
・ディール後の事業計画策定、及び統合基本方針の策定(例:ディールズストラテジー/デリバリーディールバリューとの連携)
・バリューブリッジ分析、モニタリング(例:事業再生/財務デューデリ/ディールズデジタルとの連携)
・ハンズオン・バリューアップ(例:事業再生/デリバリーディールバリューとの連携)
・次世代型組織、オペレーティングモデルデザイン(例:デリバリーディールバリュー/ディールズデジタルとの連携)
・クライアント組織におけるバリュークリエイション・ケイパビリティの育成(例:デリバリーディールバリュー(HR)との連携)

【Manager以下の組織構成について】
Manager, Senior Associate, Associateで採用された方々は『Deals Execution Team(DET)』への配属となります。
Dealsでは、社会におけるValue Creationを図ることをVisionとしており、Visionを達成するには高い専門性だけではなく、
経営に関する重要な課題に関して広く知見を有することが重要と考えています。
DETは、広い知見を獲得することを1つの目的として、自身の専門分野だけではなく他の専門分野にも興味をもち、
様々なプロジェクトに参加いただくことで個人のキャリアを広げる場として設立されました。

・事業会社で、M&A、組織再編などのプロジェクトに関与した経験、もしくは、事業/子会社の業績改善を行った経験
・PEファンドで、ポートフォリオ会社のバリューアップを行った経験
・プロフェッショナルファームでM&A、組織再編、SCM改革、経営管理制度の見直しやValue Based Consultingに関与した経験

・海外駐在/留学/居住経験
・外資系企業での就労経験
