【仕事内容】

人材不足に悩む企業と、働く場を求める外国人をつなぐ「外国人人材紹介・支援」サービスの法人営業・ルート営業のお仕事です。

【主な業務内容】

■ 採用企業への提案・セミナー実施

■ 外国人材の来日サポート(住居手配、役所手続き等)

■ 採用後の定期フォロー(月1回の面談・課題解決支援)

■ 既存顧客への深耕営業(追加提案)

■ 外国人採用企業同士の交流会の運営

※クライアントは介護・農業・製造業など地方企業が中心。実際に現場に足を運び、課題発見・改善提案を行います。

・普通自動車運転免許(AT可)

・基本的なPCスキル(Excel/Word/PowerPoint)

月給:48万円~56万円

(基本給38万円~46万円+固定手当10万円)

※年収例:

・778万円/30歳/マネージャー(入社3年目)

・518万円/26歳/リーダー(入社3年目)

・378万円/27歳/メンバー(入社1年目)

※役職手当:2万円
