仕事内容:

株式会社 NINAITE では、外国人人材紹介と登録支援事業を通じて、地方企業の人材不足を解決するコーディネーターとしてご活躍いただきます。チームの8割がインドネシア人・ミャンマー人を含むグローバルメンバーで構成されており、多様な価値観を活かして課題解決に取り組む環境です。打合せは基本日本語ですが、必要に応じて英語も使用。社会課題である"労働力不足"の解決に直接携わり、外国人スタッフが安心して日本で活躍できるよう支援します。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・採用予定企業への外国人雇用セミナーやオンライン交流会の実施

・来日サポート(住居確保補助、来日当日の送迎、行政手続きの補助)

・来日後の定期フォロー(1ヶ月に1回の面談、入管への報告、異文化理解やマネジメントノウハウの提供)

・既存顧客への追加営業

・特定技能外国人受け入れ企業同士の交流会開催・運営

現場での課題発見や改善経験が豊富に積めるため、「もっと成長したい」「誰よりも早く成長したい」という方に最適な環境です。外国人スタッフが参加するクライアントのBBQに招待されるなど、現場でのリアルな声を直接聞きながら、密なコミュニケーションで課題解決を実現できます。

月給:380,000円〜440,000円(基本給・一律手当の総額)

・決算賞与 年1回(12月)※業績による
