仕事内容:

・総務部門のプレイングマネジャー(総務実務、および組織内マネジメント)

・昭和陸運株式会社およびグループ会社であるSR物流株式会社(2社合計社員数約90名)の人事・労務業務を中心とした総務業務全般。

・法務対応及び社内体制・就業規則等社内諸規定等に関する企画立案と実務全般。

・物流事業(貨物運送、倉庫、国際事業)関連の総務業務。

高校卒業以上

必須免許:普通自動車運転免許

あれば尚可:防火管理者(甲種)

パソコンが使いこなせること。(Excel、Word、P-Point、MOUS資格あれば尚可)

月~金 8:30~17:30

土 8:30~12:00

土曜日の出勤日は、会社カレンダーによる

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥330,000 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥50,000〜¥60,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

基本給 : 180,000円~190,000円

能力手当 : 40,000円~90,000円

役職手当 : 30,000円~30,000円

指導手当 : 30,000円~30,000円

固定残業代: 50,000円~60,000円

通勤手当、家族手当等
