お仕事内容詳細

  • 電話・メール・オンライン経由の宿泊予約受付、変更・キャンセル対応
  • 予約管理システム(PMS/CRS)の入力・在庫管理
  • 団体予約、旅行会社・OTA(楽天/じゃらん 等)との調整
  • 客室稼働状況の把握と料金調整サポート
  • 館内部署(フロント、ハウスキーピング、料飲等)との情報共有
  • ゲストからの問い合わせ対応(アクセス、館内案内、リクエスト等)
  • 各種データ入力・レポート作成(稼働率・予約経路分析など)

・日常会話レベルの英語力

・ホテルでの予約・フロント・オペレーションのご勤務経験が1年以上

・予約システムPMS(Opera、NEHOPS、ALMEX等)の操作経験

・基本的なPCスキル(Word、Excel、メール対応)

  • 9:00 ~ 17:30

実働時間7時間30分/休憩1時間

休憩時間:12:00~13:00
