Qualifications
応募資格/Qualifications 【必須要件】
・これまでのOracleプロジェクトの経験を活かして、業務寄り/上流、グローバル、最新デジタルソリューションを活用したプロジェクトに挑戦したい方
・これまでの企業変革プロジェクト(IT・業務)の経験を活かしてOracleビジネスに挑戦したい方
・立ち上がりの組織で、中核的な役割を担いたい方
・キャリア形成としてコンサル力をこれから真剣に養いたいと覚悟されている方
・マネージャ以上の場合:プロジェクトマネージメント業務を複数経験(2年以上)、または特定の領域において即戦力となる専門性が必要です。
【歓迎要件】
・コンサルティングファーム、Sier、パッケージベンダー、IT企業においてITを用いた企業変革プロジェクトに携わってきた方
・Oracleのプロジェクトにおいて構想策定、要件定義、実装フェーズの参画経験ある方
・グローバルプロジェクト経験者
・経営管理・連結会計・生産管理・物流など特定の業務領域においてITプロジェクトの上流をリードしてきた方(製品は問わない)
・Oracle開発、OCI、MDMなどのチームリード経験者
【語学力】
日本語 ネイティブ またはビジネス以上
英語 できれば尚可。※英語のスキルは問いませんが、入社後習得して頂ければビジネスの幅・深さは広まります。
