効果的なリスク管理は、エヌエヌ生命にとって重要なビジネス優先事項であり、企業戦略を成功させるために不可欠です。このため、当社は三線管理態勢を導入しています。オペレーショナルリスク管理部は、二線として、一(経営陣及びビジネスエリア)による、プロセス・人・テクノロジーに関連するリスクの特定、軽減、モニターをサポートするリスク管理機能を担っています。オペレーショナルリスク管理部傘下の事業継続管理チームは、事業継続管理(BCM)及び危機管理(クライシスマネジメント)に関連するリスク管理機能に焦点を当てています。このチームの目的は、ビジネス目標と企業戦略に沿ったリスクを軽減するための適切な制御とガイドラインが実施されていることを確認することです。

【職務内容】
事業継続管理(BCM)スタッフ/アシスタントマネージャーは、BCMマネジャーを支援し、事業継続管理(BCM)及び危機管理(クライシスマネジメント)に関連するガバナンスを構築し、ツールやデータを活用し管理体制を効率化および最適化する業務を担います。
このポジションには、事業継続管理(BCM)、危機管理(クライシスマネジメント)、及び保険事業(保険商品、サービスと顧客、戦略目標、ビジネスプロセス、システムなど)に関する知識が必要です。
また、主として社内の関係者との綿密なコミュニケーション及び協働が求められるため、高いコミュニケーション能力及びファシリテーションスキルが求められます。

【主な業務】

BCMマネージャーの指示・指導のもと以下の業務を遂行する。
・BCM及び危機管理態勢(戦略、分析、アセスメント、定期的なトレーニング/訓練/演習、ツールとデータ等)の構築、導入、維持、運営、改善
・BCM及び危機管理に関連する規程類の策定、維持(日本語・英語)
・BCM及び危機管理に関連する各種のプロジェクト管理及び事務局業務
・危機発生時における危機管理関連会議等の事務局業務
・NNグループにおけるORM及びBCMコミュニティとの定期的な会議
・その他オペレーショナルリスク管理に関連する業務

【Explanation of division】

Effective Risk Management is a key business priority for NN Life Japan and is vital to the successful delivery of the enterprise strategy. From the perspective, we adopt the 3 Lines of Defense Model. The Operational Risk Management (ORM) Division, as a 2nd Line, is a risk oversight function that supports 1st lines (Management and Business area) for them to identify, mitigate and monitor risks in relation to processes, people, and technology. Within the ORM Division, the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Team focuses on risks related to BCM and Crisis Management. The function's goal is to ensure that appropriate controls and guidelines are in place to mitigate risks aligned with business goals and company strategy.

【Job Description】
Business Continuity Management (BCM) Staff/Assistant Manager supports BCM Manager to establishes BCM and Crisis Management related Governance, improves and optimizes the relevant measures and procedures by utilizing tools and data.
The position requires knowledge of BCM, Crisis Management, and the insurance business (insurance products, service and customers, strategic objectives, business processes, systems, etc.).Strong communication and facilitation skills are required as well since this position also  requires close communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders mainly.

[Major works]

Carry out the following tasks under the direction and guidance of the BCM Manager.
- Establishment, implementation, maintenance, operation and improvement of BCM and Crisis Management related preparednesss (i.e. strategy, analysis, assessment, regular training/drill/ exercise, tools and data)
- Documentation and maintenance of regulations related to BCM and Crisis Management (Japanese and English)
- Project management and secretariat works related to BCM and Crisis Management
- Secretariat works for crisis management-related meetings in the event of a crisis
- Regular meetings with the ORM and BCM community in the NN Group
- Other duties related to operational risk management
