どんな仕事?

【約2,000店舗へ導入調剤薬局向けシステムのカスタマーサポート/業界未経験歓迎/年休125日/当社薬局業務へのシステム導入作業等】

日本全国の調剤薬局向けレセプトコンピューター「Pharmy」の開発・販売を行っています。

「Pharmy」とは:

電子薬歴や、処方箋のQRコード読み込み機能・在庫管理など、約2,000店舗で導入されている調剤薬局向けシステムです。

  • 仕事内容

(雇入れ直後)

モイネットシステムのPharmyをご利用いただいている薬局様からの各種お問い合わせをお願いします。Pharmyの操作に関するものから、保険・法律関連、ネットワークに関するお問い合わせ等、幅広い内容についてのお問い合わせなので、幅広い知識が求められます。

  • 1日のスケジュール例>※下記はイメージです。

08:50~9:00 朝礼

09:00~13:00 顧客(当社システム導入中の薬局)からの受電対応・問い合わせ内容入力)

13:00~14:00 休憩

14:00~19:00 顧客からの受電対応・問い合わせ内容入力・その他担当業務処理

19:00~ 日報入力・業務終了

※以降は進捗状況に応じて、残務業務や架電・調査対応

  • 受電対応数のイメージ:

1日の受電対応数:約30~40件×当社平均就業日数:20日=600~800コール

ATT(平均通話時間):約5~6分

※上記は独り立ち後の受電イメージとなります。

※研修、OJTを通じて半年~1年程度での独り立ちを想定しています。

開発~販売~サポートまでを自社で一気通貫して行い、さらに従来のレセコンと比較しても圧倒的なコストパフォーマンスを実現することで、新規参入が難しいと言われるレセコン業界で、後発企業ながら急成長を続けています。

2023年には導入施設数2000店舗達成。さらに新型レセコンとなる「PharmyConnect」のリリースも控えており、更なる規模拡大に向けて、全部署の増員を行っております。

・カスタマーサポート経験 ※年数は問いません。

・調剤事務資格、経験 ※年数は問いません。

・ネットワーク構築経験(フィールドエンジニア等) ※年数は問いません。

給与


月給 23万円以上

(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり6万円(固定残業時間:40時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

230,000円~260,500円(一律手当を含む)

月額(基本給):170,000円~190,000円

固定残業手当/月:60,000円~70,500円(固定残業時間40時間0分/月)

  • 昇給・賞与:各年2回(7月・12月/12万)

※上記に加え、実績に応じ歩合給支給

賃金はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。
