【仕事内容】


完全反響営業の資産運用コンサルティング

顧客との投資相談や物件のご紹介をお任せします。

金融機関との交渉も担っていただくため対個人、不動産、金融など幅広い知識や経験の習得が可能です。

これまでのご経験を活かし、更に多くのことを学んで、

「不動産×資産運用のプロフェッショナル」を目指しませんか。

土地・建物の仕入れから企画、設計、建築、リーシング、コンサルティング、売却、賃貸管理まで一気通貫して自社で行い、

「オーナー様の利益の最大化」を全部門が一貫して追求しています。

【具体的な仕事内容】

  • 資産運用コンサルティング

不動産投資を検討されている方、相続税対策、土地有効活用希望の方に対し投資相談を行い、

その方に最適な資産運用の提案を行います。お一人お一人のお困りごとやニーズ、想いをしっかりとお聞きし、

その解決の為の策をお客様に寄り添って考えます。

・資産運用のセミナー実施(講師)

・金融機関との交渉、調整

・役所や現場調査

  • 固定残業代(45H):70,515円~117,810円 ※固定残業分超過の場合は別途支給
  • 賞与前払手当 :36,885円~65,290円
  • 地域手当 :30,000円

+別途インセンティブ(規定あり)

  • 予算100%達成時のインセンティブ支給込み想定年収 6,360,800円 ~ 12,362,000円

予算を超過して達成した場合は超過パーセントに応じてインセンティブ割増支給

平日・土日祝:9:00~18:00(休憩60分)
