残業少なめ&きれいなオフィスで、ワークライフバランス抜群の環境です。

残業は月5~10時間程度と少なめ

<お任せするお仕事は?>

有名女性向けファッションブランドの経理部にて、日次業務を中心にお任せします。

ご経験やスキルに合わせて、売掛金・買掛金管理や仕訳入力などからスタートいただきます。

・売掛金、買掛金の管理

・請求書入力、経費精算

・仕訳入力、伝票起票

・小口現金管理

・(スキルに応じて)月次決算補助など

引継ぎ期間(約2週間)は週1回程度の出社となりますが、その後はリモート中心(週1~2日出社)での勤務が可能です。

人気ブランドを展開する企業です。 配属先の経理課は全員女性(5名)。40代~45歳くらいの方が活躍されています。

【Q.】どんな経験が必要ですか?

【A.】売掛・買掛管理、請求書入力、仕訳、伝票起票などの日次経理業務の経験が必須です。 月次決算の経験がある方は尚歓迎します。

【Q.】在宅勤務はすぐにできますか?

【A.】最初の2週間程度は引継ぎのため週1回程度の出社をお願いしますが、引継ぎ完了後は週4日の在宅勤務が可能です。 ただし、月初の第4・5営業日など、紙の処理が必要な日は出社となります。

【Q.】職場の雰囲気は?

【A.】全員女性で、子育て中の社員も多く活躍しています。 フラットで相談しやすく、柔軟性のある明るい方が多いのが特徴です。 服装も自由(私服OK)です。

・Excel(四則演算、VLOOKUP)が使える方

勤務時間詳細


・勤務時間:10:00~18:00(実働7時間/休憩60分)

・残業:ほとんどなし(月5~10時間程度)

(4月、7月、11月、1月などの決算月や繁忙期は多少増える可能性があります)

・週4日までの在宅勤務が可能です(引継ぎ期間後)

・完全週休2日制(土日祝)

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1820円 〜 1960円

・交通費全額支給

・残業代別途支給

・月収288,120円(時給1,960円×実働7時間×21日勤務の場合)
