業務内容
【不動産事務】
- 工事に関する発注書・請求書の作成、処理
- 設備業者の手配・工事の発注などの進捗管理
- 退去者への精算書類の作成など
- 不動産事務のポジションは住んでいた方が退去されたあとのお部屋を綺麗な状態に原状回復することがミッション
- 見積もりを出すために現場確認のため外出することがあります

- 複数業者様とのやり取りや複数案件の事務処理を並行して行う為

給与
東京 月給28万円~40.4万円(固定残業代含む)
※経験、年齢、能力などを考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します。
※固定残業代は、時間外労働の有無に関わらず月20時間分(月37,800円~54,400円)を支給します。
※上記を超える時間外労働分は別途支給。

年2回(6月、12月)
- 賞与実績:3カ月分の実績あり※評価に応じての金額となります。
・賃金改定
年1回以上
- 年齢・社歴・性別などに関わらず、フラットに実力を評価します。

入社後の流れ・キャリア
不動産事務の経験がなくても問題ありません。
業者の手配の仕方から、一つ一つ先輩が丁寧にレクチャー。
先輩と一緒に業務を行いながら、着実にスキルを習得していただきます。
- 基本的には事務が作業メインとなるため、PC操作スキルは必須ですが文字入力がスムーズにできれば問題ありません
- 電話やメール等で各協力業者様と連絡を取り合い、業務を進めていきます
- 発注書や見積書の作成もお任せ専門的な工事や用語はありますが仕事をしながら着実に覚えていくことができます
【不動産事務】
自身で賃貸のお部屋を借りるときなどに役立つ、『設備関連の知識』や『退去時にどういったことで費用がかかるのか(抑えられるのか)』などの専門知識を習得できます。
