SUPERSTUDIOのアカウントエグゼクティブは、クライアント企業のEC/D2C事業の戦略立案から実行までを一貫して支援し、成長を加速させる重要なポジションです。
大規模かつ複雑なエンタープライズ・ナショナルクライアントの課題に対し、システムとビジネス双方の変革をリードし、事業全体に大きなインパクトを与えることが期待されます。
アカウントエグゼクティブとして、日本を代表する大手企業や有力ブランドのEC/D2C事業に対し、戦略策定・マーケティング・システム導入(SaaS、MA/BIツール)・業務改善・事業成長施策のプロデュース/提案営業をお任せします。
クライアントの経営課題や事業構造に深く入り込み、SUPER STUDIOのプロダクト・ナレッジ・ネットワークを統合して、課題解決から売上最大化までをリードしていただきます。

【求める人材】
【必須】
・ ECコンサルまたはデジタルマーケティング領域における提案営業・案件獲得の実績
・ ストレッチな売上目標に対して高い成果を出してきた経験(トップセールス)
・ 経営層・役員クラスへの提案・交渉経験
・ 数字に強く、自らリードして案件を創出・受注まで導いた経験
【歓迎】
・ デジタル広告代理店や総合ファームでの営業・コンサル経験
・ 新規事業立ち上げ、または困難な環境下で売上達成した実績
・ SaaS・EC・D2C領域における営業/アカウントマネジメント経験
・ マーケティング、CRM、DX領域の知見を活かしたソリューション提案経験
【給与】
年収800~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
