仕事内容:

ForCreatorsでは、ゲーム・配信系の2DグラフィックやLive2Dモデル、WebToonやアニメーション制作など、幅広い受託案件を手がけています。

その進行管理ディレクターとして、クライアントや制作パートナーとの予算・納期調整、仕様確認、進行管理を総合的に担っていただける方を募集しています。

現在、自社プラットフォームの立ち上げと並行して受託クライアントが増加中。今後は3D領域をはじめ、さらなる新ジャンルへも挑戦していきます。

【業務内容】

・受託制作案件における進行管理・ディレクション

(例:2Dキャラクター・スチル制作、Live2D/Spineアニメーション制作、Vtuberモデル制作など)

・クライアント、制作パートナーとの仕様調整・予算調整・納期管理

(アートワークのクオリティ監修やFBは専任のアートディレクターが行います)

・制作パートナー(外部クリエイター)のステータス管理、日常的なリレーション

・その他、受発注にかかる資料作成、渉外対応等

求める人材:

【必須要件】

・何らかのエンタメコンテンツ制作現場における制作進行管理・ディレクション経験(進行管理 / 仕様策定 / 予算調整など)

・企画・設計意図を正しく伝えるドキュメンテーションスキルとコミュニケーション力

・2Dデザイン / アニメーション / 3Dデザインのいずれかに関する専門知識

【歓迎要件】

・ゲーム / CG / 映像 / 配信などエンタメ業界に関する知見や経験

・クライアント・協業先との交渉、折衝の経験

・さまざまな立場の関係者と積極的に円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務曜日:平日月曜日〜金曜日

勤務時間:10:00〜19:00(休憩60分)

時間外労働:あり(平均20時間程度)

勤務形態:原則出社

※業務委託契約の場合、稼働量はご相談となります。

休日休暇:完全週休2日制

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥269,046 〜 ¥548,125は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥68,962〜¥140,625(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・通勤手当:月2万円まで支給

・昇給査定:年2回
