The Role:

この役割では、制作オペレーションがスムーズかつ効率的に進行するよう、人材、スケジュール、リソースを調整・管理します。プロデューサーおよびプロダクション・マネージャーと密接に連携し、幅広い番組(ライブ中継からオリジナルコンテンツ)におけるスタッフ・タレント・機材の手配、予算管理、支払い処理を担当していただきます。

プロアクティブなコミュニケーション力と優れた整理能力を持ち、課題解決に積極的に取り組める方に最適な役割です。スポーツメディア制作のキャリアを築きたい方にぴったりのポジションです。

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to support live and non-live productions at DAZN Japan.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating people, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. You will work closely with Producers and Production Managers to manage logistics, track budgets, and organize staff, talent, and equipment for a wide variety of programs — from live broadcasts to original content.

This role requires a proactive communicator with strong organizational skills who enjoys solving problems and contributing to high-quality productions. It is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in sports media production.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • 制作予算および関連ドキュメントの管理・モニタリング
  • スタッフ、タレント、機材など制作リソースの手配・スケジュール管理
  • 制作クルーおよび出演タレントの出張手配などロジスティックス調整
  • 制作・コンテンツ運用部門など社内チームとの連邦・調整により、制作ワークフローを円滑化
  • プロデューサーおよびプロダクション・マネージャーと密に連携し、全ての制作要件を満たす体制を構築
  • 内部ファイナンスチームと連携し、支払い処理および予算追跡を実施
  • Manage and monitor production budgets and related documentation
  • Arrange and schedule production resources, including staff, talent, and equipment
  • Coordinate logistics such as travel arrangements for production crew and on-screen talent
  • Support smooth production workflows by communicating with internal teams across Production and Content Operations
  • Liaise closely with Producers and Production Managers to ensure all production requirements are met
  • Process payments and maintain budget tracking in coordination with internal Finance teams


What You'll Bring:

  • スポーツ中継またはメディア制作の経験があれば尚可(必須ではありません)
  • 英語でのコミュニケーションスキルがあれば尚可
  • Experience in production or production coordination is preferred
  • Basic understanding of TV or content production workflows and key roles involved
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build cooperative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle time-sensitive tasks
  • Experience in sports broadcasting or media production is desirable but not essential
  • English communication skills are a plus
