Job Summary
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based RSP (Randomization & Study Product) Coordinator to join our team in Japan. By working with the RSPM Project Manager and other team members, these professionals ensure the accuracy of RSPM system data, as well as assisting in the management of study product for studies. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy an adaptive, challenging work environment, this could be the opportunity for you. This is an entry level role. As new hires, RSP Coordinators go through an extensive onboarding and training process, which prepares them to become experts in their field.
Responsibilities
- General Randomization & Study Product Management support;
- Study product management;
- Assist the Project Manager in system design and set-up;
- Work with clients in obtaining requirements and responding to inquiries;
- Create study specific documents;
- Maintain study documentation; and
- Other assigned projects and tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (required) in a life science related field;
- Working knowledge of Excel;
- Strong attention to detail
- Bilingual Japanese with strong English communication skill.
