SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll(ECP)日本導入プロジェクト
に参画いただくポジションです。
本案件はグローバルロールアウトの一環として、日本法人(約820名規模・単一法人)を対象に、Payrollを中心としたシステム導入・移行・Go-Liveまでを一貫して推進いただきます。
日本特有の法定要件(年末調整・社会保険・源泉徴収等)と、SAP ECPを組み合わせた実務寄りのコンサルティングを担う、非常に重要な役割となります。

- 対象国:日本(他国同時展開あり)
- 従業員数:約820名
- 給与形態:月次給与
- 現行ベンダー:国内Payrollベンダー
- 主なスコープ:
- Year-to-Date(YTD)データ移行(給与・税・社会保険)
- 年末調整対応
- 法定帳票(源泉徴収票 等)
- 期間:
- 導入フェーズ:約7〜8ヶ月
- Hyper Care:約6週間
■ 主な業務内容
- SAP ECP(日本Payroll)導入における要件定義・設計・設定支援
- 日本Payroll業務(給与計算、税、社会保険)に関する業務整理・改善提案
- データ移行(YTD含む)およびテスト/Go-Live支援
- グローバルチーム(海外PM・コンサルタント)との連携
- クライアントおよび国内外ステークホルダーとの調整・課題対応
■ 応募要件(必須)
- 日本Payroll業務に関する実務知識(給与・年末調整・社会保険・税務)
- SAP Payroll/SAP HCM/SuccessFactors ECP いずれかの導入・運用経験
- 日本語:ビジネスレベル以上(顧客対応可能な方)
- システム導入プロジェクトにおけるコミュニケーション経験
■ 歓迎要件
- SAP SuccessFactors ECP(Japan)の導入経験
- Payrollベンダーまたはコンサルティングファームでのプロジェクト経験
- グローバルプロジェクトへの参画経験
- 英語:読み書き・会話が可能なレベル(流暢でなくても可)
※英語はグローバル連携のため使用しますが、日本Payroll実務に支障がないことを重視します。
