Q. どんな会社での営業ですか?

A. 1936年創業70年以上の歴史を持つスターライト工業での、ヘルメットや安全保護具の法人営業です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 商社や官公庁などの既存顧客約100社への定期訪問を中心に、安全課題のヒアリングと最適な商品・サービスの提案を行います。

Q. 新規開拓はありますか?

A. 展示会への出展などを通じた新規顧客開拓も一部お任せしますが、メインはルート営業です。

Q. どんな流れで仕事をするの?

A. 既存顧客への定期訪問→課題・ニーズ把握→ソリューション提案→受注後フォローという流れです。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 入社後3ヶ月の研修期間で商品知識を基礎から習得でき、工場研修やOJTで実践的なスキルも身に付きます。

建設現場の安全を支え、「すべる」「とめる」「まもる」のトライボロジー技術で社会をより良い方向へ導く、やりがいのある営業職です。

アピールポイント:

既存顧客メインのルート営業で安定した営業活動が可能

◇約100社の既存顧客を中心とした固定ルートで、無理のないペースでの営業活動。入社後約3年間は近畿圏を中心に活動し、地域に根ざした営業展開ができます

◇営業未経験でも安心の研修体制。商品知識を基礎から学べる3ヶ月研修期間を設け、工場研修やOJTで実践スキルを習得できます

◇月給25万円~33万円、予定年収400万円~550万円の安定収入。通勤手当交通費全額支給、家族手当(配偶者・子供手当)も完備

◇年間休日122日、完全週休2日制(土日祝)、残業月10時間程度でワークライフバランス抜群。時短勤務の相談も可能です

◇大阪メトロ谷町線太子橋今市駅徒歩5分の通勤便利な立地。独身社外寮、社宅、借り上げ社宅など住宅制度も充実しています

・法人顧客への営業経験がある方

・簡単なPC操作ができる方(文字入力、簡単な表計算など)

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

・防災士取得

・簿記3級以上取得

【最終学歴】 大学院、大学、短期大学、専修・各種学校、高等専門学校、高等学校卒以上

・未経験OK

・英語力不要

休憩時間: 45分(12:00~12:45)
