Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
We are partnering with a leading company in the gaming industry looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will lead recruitment efforts and improve the talent pool. You'll work with top professionals in a flexible, international setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement recruitment plans to meet the company's talent needs.
- Work with HR, senior leaders, and the recruitment team to align hiring with business goals.
- Manage and mentor the recruitment team, including those handling graduate and mid-career hiring.
- Set and review performance goals for the team and guide them to meet objectives.
- Manage the recruitment budget using tools like Tableau for data analysis and improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition management, ideally in technology or gaming.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate well with different departments and senior leaders.
- Skilled in data analysis and budgeting.
