【募集背景】

FLUXは2018年の創業以来、大規模言語モデル・予測分析・自然言語処理といったAI技術の研究に力を入れてきました。これらの技術を背景にマーケティング支援サービスの「FLUX AutoStream」を展開、2023年から企業のAI活用支援サービスの「FLUX Insight」、2024年から人材紹介サービスの「FLUX Agent」を開始しています。

当社サービスは様々な領域に精通するプロフェッショナルの知見と、AIを活用したプロダクトを掛け合わせて提供することで、企業の経営課題を解決することを特徴としています。あらゆる企業でAI活用が求められる中、FLUXはAI時代における企業の戦略パートナーとして、AIトランスフォーメーションを推進するため、戦略立案から実行・改善、人材採用・育成まで一気通貫で支援しています。

売上高はFLUX InsightとFLUX Agentが貢献した結果、エンタープライズ企業を中心に多数の新規顧客を獲得し、前年同月比100%成長(2025年3月)で推移と急成長を維持しています。

また、直近追加の資金調達も実施させていただきました。

【仕事概要】

ミドル・ハイレイヤー層向けの人材紹介において、顧客企業とプロ人材の双方を担当する「両面型」の営業ポジションです。業界や職種を限定せず、多様な経営課題に対して最適な人材を提案・マッチングします。

また、企業のCEOや経営層にまで入り込み、必要不可欠なパートナーとして伴走していただきます。

【具体的な業務内容】

・経営層との商談・案件化

全社横断型セールスチームによる企業開拓に加え、リファラルや企業からの問い合わせ経由で企業を開拓。経営層や決裁者との対話を通じて経営課題を深掘りし、ニーズを案件化していきます。他事業部との連携によるシナジー提案も可能です。

・経営課題のヒアリングと提案設計

企業の成長戦略や組織課題を丁寧にヒアリングし、理想の姿から逆算して必要な人材像を定義。経営視点での人材活用戦略を提案します。

・人材のサーチ・マッチング

自社DBに限らず、業界ネットワークや外部チャネル、リファラル等を活用して人材をサーチ・ヘッドハンティング。企業の課題に最適なプロフェッショナル人材とのマッチングを実施します。

Working Conditions

Salary年収500~1500万円

・ベース給(業界最高基準)+年3回のインセンティブ制度をご用意しております。インセンティブについては4か月を1サイクルを達成率に応じたものをお支払いします。

※ご経験・スキルを考慮して決定いたします。

※上記金額を年俸金額として、12分割した金額が月給となります。(月給には定額時間外手当45時間を含み、月45時間超過分は別途支給します)

※半年毎の人事評価制度を導入しており、評価に応じて年俸金額を見直します。Location本社住所
