  • あなたに委ねる「ミッション」

「SNSを起点とした採用・広報の自走化」 広告費に頼らず、独自の文脈でターゲット(求職者)を惹きつけ、応募へと繋げる勝ちパターンを構築してください。

戦略立案の全権: 媒体選定(X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok等)から、コンセプト・トーン&マナーの策定。

コンテンツの企画・編集: 「中の人」の解像度を高め、候補者の入社意欲を1%ずつ積み上げるストーリー設計。

コンバージョン設計: SNSから採用ページ、そして応募へと至る「淀みのない動線」の最適化。

全社的なSNS文化の醸成: 社員が発信したくなる仕組み作りやアドバイス。
