・アッパーファネル戦略の策定・実行によるブランド認知度向上

・ターゲットに応じたコミュニケーションフレームワークとブランドナラティブの定義

・統合キャンペーンの企画・立案

・ソーシャルメディア・インフルエンサー・オフラインメディア横断の統合キャンペーン開発

・KPI達成に向けたメディアプランニング

・グローバルコンテンツのローカライズとブランド一貫性の確保

・SNSアカウント向けコンテンツ戦略立案・制作

・インフルエンサー/クリエイターとの協業によるブランドコミュニティ構築 等

<応募要件>

【必須要件】

・学士号

・流暢な日本語力とビジネスレベルの英語力

・マーケティング/コミュニティマネジメント/ソーシャルメディア/関連デジタル分野での実務経験(5年以上)

・ブランドアクティベーションの計画/サポート経験※イベントを含む

・ソーシャルプラットフォーム・オンラインコミュニティのダイナミクス・クリエイターエコシステムに関する理解

<スキル・資質>

・コミュニケーション能力(英語・日本語)

・スキンケア、消費者教育、エビデンスに基づく美容への関心・興味

・複数プロジェクトの同時管理力

・スピード感ある環境でのチーム連携と実行力
