どんな仕事?

【包装機械メーカーでのアフターサービス対応】

創業76周年を迎える包装機械メーカーに直接雇用

大手メーカーとの取引もあり、安定した経営基盤です

  • 仕事内容

(雇入れ直後)

受注後や納品後、製品の改造・点検・メンテナンス等、アフターサービスを対応するサービスセンターにて、

下記業務をご担当いただきます。

・電話、メール対応(客先、社内)

・客先・社内技術部との改造内容の打ち合わせ、要望のヒアリング

・提出書類作成及び作成指示・内容確認・提出

(見積書、仕様書、技術検討資料、工程表など)

・工事日程調整、引き合い、進行中の案件進捗管理

・売上、検収管理

社内外に連携、調整をいただくことが多く、コミュニケーションが大事なポジションです。

資格


<学歴>

・高等専門学校卒以上

<必須>

・機械またはメーカーでの仕事に興味がある方

・PC基本操作が可能な方(Word、Excelなど)

<歓迎>

・社外との折衝業務経験がある方

・営業、営業事務経験者

・施工管理に関係する業務経験者

勤務時間


実働時間:8時間/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

8:20~17:00(休憩45分/実働7時間55分)

※試用期間あり(6ヵ月、労働条件は本採用と同じ)

【残業有無】有:月平均30~40時間程度

休日


・完全週休2日制(土日祝)

※祝日のある週は土曜出社の場合あり

・年間有給休暇10日~20日
