~仕事内容~

医療施設の新築工事に伴う

「ひとり事務」をお任せ

・データ入力

- 工事に関する各情報の入力

・書類作成、整理

・書類チェック

- 専用システムを操作しながら

書類の記載内容に不備がないか確認

・現場写真の整理

- 写真のスキャン、印刷 など

・ラミネート作成

・電話/来客対応(少なめ)

・事務所内の簡単な掃除

など

PC業務で使用する各システムは、

全てフォーマットがあるので安心^^
