仕事内容:

自動車輸送を担う大手海運会社にて、船舶の運航を支える事務・収益管理サポートをお願いします。

航路・航海ごとの収支分析および報告 、資料作成、船積車両データの受送信、税関システム申請を行っていただきます。

その他、電話取次や会議準備・設定をお願いします。

英語を使用したメールやり取りがありますので、英語を使用して働きたい方にオススメです。

・航路航海毎収支分析・報告、収益関連資料作成、次年度予算作成

・関係先とのメール応答、料金改定報告資料作成、契約雛形に基づく契約書作成

・船舶入出港に係る港費精算(請求・支払処理)システム入力、経費実績管理・資料作成報告

・車両データ受送信、税関システム申請

・船積関連システムの維持、導入説明など担当者補助

・電話取次、資料作成全般補助、会議準備・設定
