仕事内容:

設計・施工を担う会社にて、工事や購買の契約処理や調達に関する業務をお任せします。

各部署から工事や物品手配の依頼を受けて、その情報を入力をします。

その後、専用システムよりデータを出力して未検収リストを作成し報告します。

発注先へ納期回答の催促や依頼元の部署へ発注内容確認のため、時々電話を掛けることもありますが、基本的には電話は取次程度です。

発注先や価格はほぼ決まっているので、特に交渉事はありません。

・工事・購買の契約処理(専用システムへのデータ入力)

・工事や物品手配の受注処理・発注先への納期回答(FAX/メール)

・その他調達に関する諸業務(調達プロセスが不要な契約処理分を担当)

・電話対応(取次程度)
