仕事内容:
お客様の課題を解決するための高性能コンピュータ製品を一品一品、手作りするオーダーメイド・ハードウェアメーカーです。
以下場面での活躍を期待する「テクニカルサポートエンジニア(サービスエンジニア)」を募集しています。
■営業職からお客様への提案時
私たちが今までに経験のない部材を用いる場合、営業職からの依頼でお客様提案前に技術検証を行う場合があります。
仕様設計が物理的に構成できるか?、正しく動作するか?、他部品との相性は問題ないか?お客様が導入予定のソフトウェアが正しく動作するか?など。
最先端・未知の技術領域に対しての知的好奇心が刺激されます。
■お客様への納品後
お客様からの各種問い合わせ対応など、納品後のサポートもお願いします。
仮に「仕様どおりの性能が出ない」「故障かも?」等の場合には、原因がどこにあるのか?部品の問題なのか、設定の問題なのか、設置環境の問題なのか、など考えられる全ての要因の中から、真の原因を探りあて対応を行います。

勤務時間 08:50~17:50(休憩1時間)
時間外勤務:有(全社平均残業時間:約10時間)
完全週休二日制(土曜、日曜、祝日)、年末年始、特別休日
