【ブリヂストンサイクルの問い合わせ対応業務】

街の自転車やさんや量販店からの自転車・自転車関連パーツの受注対応をお願い致します。

FAX・電話・EDIのチャネルから注文を受付け、専用システムへデータを登録。商品や注文に関する問い合わせ対応です。

電話と事務作業割合は、6:4です。※状況に応じて多少変動あり

<業務の内容>

・自転車のパーツの受注入力業務

・検索ツールを使用した得意先の特定

・専用システムへの入力業務

・システムを使用した注文状況の確認

・コールログ入力業務 ・FAX対応

  • 1日の流れ

8:50 始業

~12:00 当日受注分 FAX受注処理/電話受電/問い合わせ対応・ツール入力/EOS受注処理 ※ローテーションを組んで対応

12:00~(60分休憩)17:35 PM受注分 電話対応/FAX受注処理

~14:00 FT/MT シフト休憩(60分)、売上処理

~16:00組立依頼書作成処理

<就業時間>

FT:8:50~17:35(休憩60分)×週4~5日

ST:8:50~13:50×週3日、9:05~13:50×週1日

※月曜固定出勤をお願い致します。

フルタイム/ショートタイム(1日5時間以内)/お昼まで:週4日勤務/週5日勤務

勤務期間:長期1年以上

休日休暇


土日祝休み

※月曜日は基本出勤となります。

※日曜日出勤可能な方歓迎

※業務量に合わせて日曜出勤を募る可能性あり、その場合は同一週別曜日を休日としてシフト調整

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1200円 〜

時給1,200円以上、その他

フルタイム(FT):時給1,200円

ショートタイム(ST):時給1,100円

※研修時給-50円 期間:入社後約4ヶ月位(個人の習熟度による)

※交通費別途支給(社内規定有)

※条件クリアで上記時給よりプラスの評価制度あり
