仕事概要
<概要> 住友商事およびグループ全企業のDXを牽引する仕事です。 商社ならではの多様な現場におけるDX推進/デジタル戦略プロジェクトに企画段階から参画し、PoCや本番システム開発を主導いただきます。 <主な業務内容> 住友商事グループのデジタルエンジニアリングCoE組織である当社では、総合商社ならではの幅広い事業ドメイン(鉄鋼、モビリティ、建機、都市開発、メディア、リテイル、資源、化学品、次世代エネルギー等)を対象に、DX推進/デジタル戦略策定プロジェクトに取り組んでいます。 それらのプロジェクトにおいて、主に以下の業務を担当していただきます。 ・AI/生成AI領域のPoC・本番システム開発プロジェクトにおけるクライアントの課題設定、及び先端技術に強みを持つ社内のエンジニアとのコミュニケーションを踏まえたプロジェクトの管理・推進 ・上記に伴う社内外のステークホルダーとの各種の折衝や調整 ・その他、PMO業務 これらの業務にエンジニア・データサイエンティスト・デザイナーと協働しながら取り組み、事業会社の現場に伴走してDX/デジタル戦略の実現を遂行していきます。 【過去に当社で実装したプロジェクトの一例】 ・小売業における新規出店時の売上予測アルゴリズム開発 ・食品スーパー事業における総菜値引き最適化アルゴリズム構築・アプリケーション開発 ・総合商社における生成AIを活用した全社投融資意思決定支援ツールの企画、技術実証、開発 ・大手SIerにおけるAI駆動型システム開発を実現するAIエージェント開発 ・介護業界向け新規事業開発におけるサービスデザインおよびクリエイティブ制作 ・物流事業における各拠点横断でのDX推進/データ活用のための全体アーキテクチャ構想と個別施策具体化 <開発環境> 開発環境についてはプロジェクトによって逐次選択していますが、主に使用するものは下記の通りです。 アプリケーション環境:Python/JavaScript/TypeScript フレームワーク:FastAPI フレームワーク インフラ:AWS/Google Cloud/Azure 構成管理:Terraform バージョン管理:GitHub CICD:GitHub Actions タスク管理:Wrike コラボレーションツール:Slack 業務用端末(PC):MacBook <仕事の魅力> ・大手総合商社のDXチームの一員として企画段階から加わり、様々なプロジェクトを進行しています。 ・グループの事業会社もターゲットとしているため、IoTやモバイルアプリなど様々な産業分野のアーキテクチャを検討することができます。 ・現場知識のある商社メンバーとの距離が近い為、協力しながらスムーズにプロジェクトを進行できます。 ・各種スタートアップパートナーを含め、高度な技術・知識を持つメンバーがプロジェクトに参加しています。 <社内の雰囲気> ・リモート・フルフレックスタイム制を導入し、働きやすい環境を整備する一方、社内でのコミュニケーションを重視しています。 ・ツールや環境など、良さそうなものは積極的に取り入れ、常にエンジニアにとってよい環境をつくることが重要という価値観をもって組織作りをしています。
必須スキル
・AI・機械学習・生成AI活用、もしくはソフトウェア開発プロジェクトの企画/構想段階より参画し、開発プロジェクトとして立ち上げられる様に様々なステークホルダーと主体的に調整して推進した経験があること ・AI・機械学習・生成AI活用、もしくはソフトウェア開発プロジェクト開発計画の策定(スケジュール、コスト、体制、スコープ定義等)、及び関係者宛に説明・合意を取得した上でプロジェクトを推進し、クライアント・エンジニアと直接コミュニケーションを行いながらデリバリまで持ち込んだ事があること(経験3年以上)

700万円〜1,400万円 ※ご経験、スキルを考慮して決定いたします ※年俸制 ※月給12か月分 (月間40時間までの時間外労働手当を合む)、 賞与計4か月分(6月、12月)として
