仕事概要
【概要】 住友商事及びグループ各事業会社におけるDXプロジェクトの推進において、企画から実証実験までスキルに合わせて幅広くご担当いただけます。 【具体的な仕事内容】 ・実証実験(一部プロダクション用システム)におけるモックアップ開発、Web及びモバイルアプリケーションの要件定義/設計/開発/運用 ・データ分析系プロジェクトのバックエンドシステム開発、分析基盤設計/構築 ・新規ビジネス企画の技術選定、IT企業のITデューデリジェンス (※上記を従事すべき業務とし、変更はありません) 対象となる産業やビジネスが多岐に渡るため、対応するプロジェクトの種類も様々です。最近ではChatGPT関連のPJTも多く立ち上がっています。 <過去に当社で実装したプロジェクトの一例> ・製造業の製造現場におけるデータ可視化・分析基盤開発:サービス基盤のPoC用のWebアプリのスクラッチ開発・導入 ・屋外業務効率化のためのIoTサービス開発:IoTデバイス、及びアプリケーションの開発・導入 ・小売業における新規出店売上予測・売上向上施策分析:アルゴリズムの作成、及び分析内容の可視化ツールの開発・導入 ・商品カテゴリ分類 半自動化:テキスト情報を基にしたカテゴリ分類アルゴリズムの開発・導入 ・製造業/製品画像検査パラメータ最適化:パラメータ最適化のためのアルゴリズム、及びツールの開発・導入 【開発環境】 開発環境についてはプロジェクトによって逐次選択していますが、主に使用するものは下記の通りです。 アプリケーション環境:Python/JavaScript/TypeScript フレームワーク:FastAPI フレームワーク インフラ:AWS/Google Cloud/Azure 構成管理:Terraform IDE:VSCode/Cline 生成AI:ChatGPT Team/GitHub Copilot/Devin バージョン管理:GitHub CICD:GitHub Actions タスク管理:Wrike コラボレーションツール:Slack / Google Workspace with Gemini 業務用端末(PC):MacBook 【仕事の魅力】 ・大手総合商社のDXチームの一員として企画段階から加わり、様々なプロジェクトを進行しています。 ・グループの事業会社もターゲットとしているため、IoTやモバイルアプリなど様々な産業分野のアーキテクチャを検討することができます。 ・現場知識のある商社メンバーとの距離が近い為、協力しながらスムーズにプロジェクトを進行できます。 ・各種スタートアップパートナーを含め、高度な技術・知識を持つメンバーがプロジェクトに参加しています。 【社内の雰囲気】 ・リモート・フルフレックスタイム制を導入し、働きやすい環境を整備する一方、社内でのコミュニケーションを重視しています。 ・ツールや環境など、良さそうなものは積極的に取り入れ、常にエンジニアにとってよい環境をつくることが重要という価値観をもって組織作りをしています。
必須スキル
・顧客/ユーザにヒアリングをしつつ、業務要件/システム要件定義を主導できるスキル ・2件以上の案件におけるエンジニアリング経験 ・アジャイル開発経験 ・バックエンド/フロントエンド/クラウドインフラ設計・構築の実務開発経験 (上記のうち2領域以上) ・いずれかのプログラミング言語のシステム開発リーダとしての開発/レビュー経験(経験1年以上)

800万円〜1,600万円 ※ご経験、スキルを考慮して決定いたします ※年俸制 ※月給12か月分 (月間40時間までの時間外労働手当を合む)、 賞与計4か月分(6月、12月)として
