仕事内容 ECサイト掲載前の商品選定をしている部署です。 ・商品に関してメーカーへの問合せ、承認取寄せ手配 ・メーカーからの掲載商品変更・掲載中止情報の管理 ・WEB、カタログ掲載内容の修正依頼 ・商品情報データの修正 ・サンプルや画像など資料の取寄せ、撮影依頼 ・部品等の見積依頼 ・データ登録、WEB掲載情報の登録、サンプル送付 ・部内庶務(回覧物管理、ファイリング、郵送など) *在宅の頻度は慣れてきたら週2日あり *幅広い業務がありますが、まずは簡単なデータ修正や取寄せ作業からスタート。 担当範囲は徐々に広げるので、無理なく覚えられます 職場環境 部署人数:10人 平均年齢:男性40歳 女性35歳 部署内男女比:男性30% 女性70% 部署内派遣スタッフ人数:2人 喫煙:禁煙 制服:なし 社員食堂:なし
