Work & Rewards部門のRewards Data Intelligenceチームでは、報酬・人事制度構築を「データ」「分析」の切り口から企業・組織の成長を支援しており、クライアントは大手日本企業、外資系、スタートアップまで幅広い企業に渡ります。いま、日本およびグローバルにおいて、企業の成長を担う人材の採用やリテンションにおける報酬の重要性が一層高まるなか、報酬マネジメントの実効性を高めるうえで、いかに報酬データを活用するかが各企業の喫緊の課題となっています。WTWのデータを採用もしくは検討する企業は飛躍的に増加しており、そのニーズに応えるべく、その豊富なデータをどのように活用・分析するかを私たちは日々議論しています。
最近では、報酬だけではなく組織や人員構成にも分析対象を広げ、人員配置・計画やダイバーシティなどについても支援の範囲を広げることを目指しています。組織人事コンサルタント(報酬データ・アソシエイト)は、こうしたコンサルティングの基盤となる報酬データベースの企画・構築に貢献するとともに、さまざまなプロジェクトにおいてデータを活用した問題解決を提案します。
Rewards Data Intelligenceチームの一員として、チーム全体の稼働や状況を把握し、自身の業務を適切に進めていきます。またグローバルなチームにおいて、様々なバックグラウンドや立場の人と築いた信頼関係をもとに組織に貢献します。クライアント(経営層や人事部長等)に対してもクイックレスポンスとプロフェッショナルとしてのコミュニケーションを通じて信頼関係を構築します。
The Role
Rewards Data Intelligenceチームにおけるサポートスタッフとしてコンサルタントの活動を支援するポジションとして従事していただきます。日本企業がグローバルに競争力を高めていく中で、事業面に留まらず、組織・人材面でのグローバル化・高度化が進展を見せています。政府や機関投資家など外部環境の後押しもあり、大手企業各社が自社の人材戦略の見直しを進めていく中で、検討の基礎となるリサーチやデータへの需要も高まっており業務が拡大しています。
ビジネスの中長期的な成長を一緒に実感しながら取り組んでいただける方を探しています。
Rewards Data Intelligenceチームの業務支援(業務全体の8割程度を想定)
※いずれの業務も日本語/英語の両言語の使用を想定します
営業サポート(受注前~受注後)
自社で実施している報酬調査や関連サービスにおける見積作成・申込受付、社内システムの登録・修正、請求事務・入金確認の円滑な遂行
顧客企業からの問い合わせ時の関連資料のドラフト作成(社内イントラでの情報収集を含む)
報酬サーベイ業務のサポート
社内システムを用いた、報酬調査の各種ステータス(データ提出、レポート配信)の確認
マーケティングに関するサポート(メールの一斉配信、各種セミナーの運営)
コンサルタントによる分析やリサーチ、営業資料作成のサポート(一部資料の和訳も含まれる)
その他
押印を要する資料について、オフィスでの原本の製本・発送、また受領した原本の管理
電子化が進んでいるため、現在は上記のような業務は限定的となります。
Work & Rewards部門*1全体のサポート(業務全体の2割程度を想定)

ミーティングの日程調整、会議室予約、出張/会食の手配、資料の製本*2、海外からの来客対応
2電子化が進んでいるため、資料の製本などの業務は限定的となります。

Qualifications
The Requirements
最低3年程度のサポート業務経験(営業事務等)
Microsoft Excel等を用いた分析や集計・管理、また数字に強いこと(正確な請求業務の遂行のため)
社内海外チームや外資系顧客と英語でやり取りをする上での英語力(メールやchat中心)
顧客やチームメンバーとの円滑なコミュニケーション力
オフィス出勤・リモートワークを組み合わせたハイブリッドワークであるため、face-to-faceでない状況下でのコミュニケーションも多く含まれます。
※出社頻度については、ハイブリッドワークを前提とし、実際の出社についてはマネージャーや他のチームメンバーと相談のうえ決めていただくこととなります(業務が円滑に進められることを前提に、在宅中心とすることも可能)
