Marketing Project Lead

Ahead Group is seeking a Marketing Project Lead / Planner to join a leading client in the digital marketing sector.

The ideal candidate will lead strategic planning and execution of marketing platform initiatives, driving stakeholder alignment, project management, and cross-functional coordination to enhance the company's marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities




  • Lead planning and strategy formulation for marketing-related platforms
  • Coordinate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare presentation and proposal materials for management and project meetings
  • Align requirements and schedules with development teams
  • Drive and manage overall project execution
  • Evaluate and operate external marketing tools and automation platforms

Required Skills




  • Minimum 2 years of experience in requirements definition, scope management, or PMO roles (preferably on the business side)
  • Strong initiative and ability to work proactively in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 equivalent or higher)

  • Experience operating or managing marketing automation tools
  • Experience working in English or with global teams
