仕事内容:

EPOCHグループの売上において大きなポートフォリオを占める欧州市場の物流改革を進行させており、即戦力となる管理職を必要としています。

欧州(EU主要国、UK)で展開しているB2Bビジネスの物流コントロールを主事業とするオランダ子会社にて物流戦略立案と実行、3PLの契約管理、KPI管理・分析、欧州税務監督に従事する人材を募集します。

業務内容

1.現地オランダの物流チーム(Logistics Administrator2名)とのコミュニケーション、チームマネジメント

2.欧州の物流プロパイダとの交渉、契約管理、物流コスト管理

3.現在進行中の欧州物流改革プロジェクトへの参加

4.物流コストおよびサービス改善のためのKPI分析、戦略策定、実行

5.欧州複数国における納税申告遵守の監督

求める人材:

1. 欧州人とビジネスコミュニケーション経験あり(3年以上)

2.海外物流の業務経験あり

3.貿易実務検定B級レベルの知識

4.ビジネス英語スキル(TOEICなら800点以上)

5.MS Office (Word, Power point, Excel)特にMS Excel 関数式

1.海外駐在経験あり

2.物流の係数を分析する能力(在庫エイジング、ABCレート物流工程コスト分析、輸送コスト要件分析-容積重量、パレット単位、パーセル単位、距離など)

3.プロジェクトマネジメントを経験(PMP保持者は大歓迎)

4.他部署との折衝能力(財務会計部門、ERP管理のIT部門、営業部門)

5.外国人チームマネジメントの経験あり(2~4人)

勤務時間・曜日:

  • フレックスタイム制 コアタイムあり(11:00~15:00)
  • 標準労働時間8時間、休憩1時間(実働6時間を超える場合)
  • 出勤は午前8時以降、退勤は午後9時までの時間帯で計画的に選択できます。
