職務の目的

当社の重要な集客チャネルであり、お客様情報の管理・手続きを担う公式ウェブサイト全般の運用を担当いただきます。具体的には、課題を分析、企画、提案、そしてIT、ビジネスなどステークホルダーと調整し、その課題解決に向けて改善活動をリードいただくポジションです。

上流工程ではビジネスの観点において、お客様の声・アクセスログ・契約データなどを分析し、課題の抽出・影響範囲の特定などを実施、その課題から仮説・立案を行います。また、システム開発フェーズにおいて、運用が円滑に行えるようビジネス・ITの間に立ち案件をリードいただきます。また新商品、新ツール導入時においてITメンバーと協業し、導入をサポートいただきます。

Key Qualifications

本ポジションに求められる必要要件(1): 専門知識、職務経験

・WEBシステム開発経験または、業務部門とのオペレーションサポートならびに要件定義の経験が1年以上ある方。

・課題に対して、前向きに向き合い、多面的に分析・立案できる方。

・ステークホルダーとの適切なコミュニケーションスキル

【経験があれば尚可】

・業務においてWebアクセス解析ツールを活用した分析経験のある方。

・保険に関するウェブシステム開発の経験

・プロジェクトマネジメントまたはリード経験

主な成果責任(アカウンタビリティ)

ウェブサイト(Static)の運用・新商品、新ツールの導入サポート

・ 公式ウェブサイトの企画・制作・運営の進捗・品質管理

・ CMS・MAツールなど新ツールの導入サポート

ウェブサイト(Dynamic)の運用・新商品、新ツールの導入サポート

・ 既存商品・サービス改定に関する影響を関連部門と協業して要件を作成、またそのリリースにあたりテストをサポート

・ 分析ツールなど新ツールの導入サポート

課題の分析、影響範囲の特定

・ お客さまの声やアクセス分析などを実施、仮説を定義し、レポートを作成。また要件を作成し課題解決に向けてリード。

・ 新商品・サービスを導入にあたり、ウェブサイトにおける影響を確認。契約管理、支払チームなどと連携し、案件を推進する。

上記にかかわる関連部門との連携

・ IT部門、オペレーション、営業。および商品・コンプライアンス部門との協業・連携。
