The Omnichannel Marketing Tokyo Office is part of Sony Interactive Entertainment's Global Marketing organization. Based in Tokyo, this team plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement across all key touchpoints—including websites, email, mobile apps, consoles, and select social channels such as LINE—by leveraging data, technology, and cross-functional collaboration.
The team works closely with global counterparts in San Mateo and London, contributing to global operations and ensuring that marketing strategies are both locally relevant and globally aligned. Through this collaboration, the Tokyo office helps deliver consistent and personalized experiences for PlayStation users worldwide.

職務内容 / job responsibility:
  • 日本/APAC市場向けのユーザーエンゲージメント向上施策の企画・実行
  • 日本のユーザー特性に合わせたマーケティングキャンペーンの立案(例:東京ゲームショウ向けコンテンツ)
  • Sonyグループ各社とのデジタルマーケティング連携(例:Crunchyroll、Sony Music等との共同キャンペーン)
  • クロスプロモーションコンテンツの開発と配信(例:PlayStationゲームとSony製品の組み合わせ)
  • 3〜4名のチームメンバーおよび5〜10名のパートナー企業メンバーのマネジメント
  • 日本/APAC地域における業務プロセスの効率化と改善
 
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance user engagement in the Japan/APAC market
  • Design marketing campaigns tailored to Japanese user preferences (e.g., Tokyo Game Show promotions)
  • Coordinate digital marketing initiatives with Sony Group companies (e.g., Crunchyroll, Sony Music)
  • Create and distribute cross-promotional content (e.g., PlayStation games with Sony products)
  • Manage a team of 3–4 members and 5–10 partner company members
  • Streamline and improve operational processes across the Japan/APAC region

  • デジタルマーケティングおよびユーザーエンゲージメント戦略に関する深い理解

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, business, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and user engagement strategies
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in team leadership and management
  • High proficiency in both Japanese and English communication
