【職務概要】

「公共×デジタル」を主テーマとし、幅広く、行政機関の支援を実施しています。具体的には、行政経営から、教育、防災、観光など、これまでのグループとしての実績、各メンバーの専門性や問題意識などを総合的に勘案しながら、具体的な公共分野におけるテーマ設定して活動しています。

【職務詳細】

官公庁に働き掛け、行政のデジタル化支援・地域のデジタル化支援に関する調査・コンサルティングを行います。

・国や自治体におけるデジタル化政策

・行政におけるDX戦略(DX戦略立案、DX推進プロジェクトの実施支援等)

・データ利活用の促進(EBPM等)

・行政におけるシステム企画・調達(システム企画、最適化、再構築、予算精査、要件定義、調達支援等)

・行政における業務改革(業務の見える化、デジタルツール等の活用による業務改善手法の提案等)

・地域デジタル化戦略および実装支援(防災、教育、観光、地域活性化、地域企業DX化支援、等)

・その他、デジタル化と関りが深い産業振興政策、地域振興政策 等

【必須】(以下のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方)

■DXに関する調査、戦略立案、DX施策の推進実践などの実務経験

■システム導入の企画、要件定義、調達仕様書作成の経験(発注者の立場、コンサルの立場のいずれも可能)

【尚可】

■戦略系コンサルティングファーム・シンクタンクのご経験者

■システムコンサルティングの経験者

■公共向けソリューションに関するベンダのシステム企画、営業企画の経験者

■公共機関におけるDX施策推進の経験者

【給与】

年収:700万~1750万程度

年俸制:月額467000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回

昇給:年1回

【勤務地】

東京都品川区東五反田2-18-1 大崎フォレストビルディング

JR各線「大崎」駅より徒歩5分

勤務地変更の範囲:本社及び全国の事業場、支社、営業所

【勤務時間】

標準労働時間帯 9:00-17:30(標準労働時間:7時間30分)※職種により、フレックスタイム制、裁量労働制の適用あり

契約期間:無期

試用期間:有(3ヶ月)
