業務内容

  • 概要

私たちが目指すカスタマーサクセスは、日本のノンデスク産業を動かす「伴走者」です。

「カスタマーサクセス」とは、お客様が当社のソフトウェア(SaaS)を最大限に活用し、事業の成果を出すことを支援する仕事です。

私たちの製品は、電話やFAX、手書きでの管理が主流だった日本のノンデスク産業の現場を、デジタルで効率化するためのものです。私たちの仕事は、そうしたお客様の潜在的な課題を深く理解し、当社のプロダクトを使ってその課題を解決するための最適な方法を提案することです。

たとえば、「この機能を使えば、これまで数時間かかっていた配車計画の業務が数分で終わるようになりますよ」「蓄積された運行データを活用すれば、無駄なコストを削減できます」といったように、お客様一人ひとりの状況に合わせて具体的なアドバイスを行い、成功まで導きます。

お客様が私たちの提案を元に業務を改善し、「おかげで仕事が楽になったよ」「ドライバーの残業が減ったよ」と感謝の言葉をいただけたとき、大きなやりがいを感じられます。

  • 具体的な仕事内容

お客様が私たちの製品を上手く活用していただくことで、業務の改善や経営の強化に繋げていただけるよう、主に以下のような業務を行っています。

  • 「はじめの一歩」をエスコート(導入支援)

導入が決まったお客様が、スムーズにサービスを使い始められるよう支援を行います。具体的には、お客様が私たちの製品を活用することで解決したい課題を整理しつつ、導入スケジュールの策定や業務の運用方法の設計などを支援します。また、現場の方が新しい業務に上手く馴染めるように、初期設定や操作方法のレクチャーなども実施します。

  • 現場の「困った」を解決(運用支援)

日々の運用の中で生じるお客様からのご質問やご相談に対応します。ただ答えを教えるだけでなく、「なぜそうなっているのか」「どうすれば根本的に解決できるのか」まで深く掘り下げて考え、中長期目線で最適な問題解決を図ります。また、問題の発生自体を未然に防ぐために、当社のナレッジや他のお客様での運用事例をもとにした、能動的な提案や注意喚起なども積極的に行っています。

  • 「DXのロードマップ」をデザイン(活用支援)

お客様の事業目標をヒアリングし、私たちのプロダクトをどのように活用すれば目標を達成できるかを一緒に考え、具体的な活用プランを提案します。たとえば、お客様の事業拡大に合わせて、新しい機能の活用法を提案するなど、一歩先の支援を行います。

  • お客様の声を製品やサービスに活かす(仕組み化/事業改善)

お客様からの「こんな機能があればもっと便利になるのに」という声を拾い上げ、社内の開発チームにフィードバックします。お客様と一緒に私たちの製品もより良くしていきながら、日本のノンデスク産業のDXを成功に導けるよう、業界のスタンダードをお客様と一緒に共創することに挑戦しています。

募集要項

【必須(MUST)】

以下のいずれかのご経験をお持ちの方を求めています。

・法人営業のご経験(1年以上)

・高額商材の個人営業のご経験(1年以上)

  • 金融、不動産、ハウスメーカー、ブライダル、ジュエリーなど

・物流業界での配車管理や運行管理などの実務経験 (2年以上)

  • ドライバー業務のみのご経験は対象外となります

【歓迎(WANT)】

・2名以上のチームマネジメントのご経験

・エンタープライズ営業経験

・経営層との折衝・ステークホルダーマネジメント経験

年収 ¥5,000,000 ~ ¥8,000,000

基本給(月額) ¥269,932 ~ ¥432,652

固定時間外手当(月額) ¥84,354 ~ ¥135,205

※賞与(年2回支給)を年収に含む

※固定残業代:原則として40時間相当

基礎賃金÷所定労働時間×125%(法定)

※固定残業代を超過した分の時間外労働手当は全額支給
