【職務概要】

オンラインイベント管理システムや配信用コンテンツの情報管理システムといった注力プロダクトを管轄しているサービス開発課にて、新たな機能開発や既存機能の改善をリードするエンジニアリングマネージャー(EM)を募集しています。

【職務詳細】

・機能開発、保守運用にかかるプロジェクトマネジメント

‐ PdMとの与件整理、要件定義、設計/開発、リリース/保守運用、リファクタリング

・ピープルマネジメント

‐ エンジニアメンバーの育成、開発フォロー、1on1

・開発環境の整備、改善

‐ AI駆動開発導入による開発効率化、高品質化の実現

【開発環境・ツール】

・言語/FW:Laravel(PHP)、React(TypeScript)、Python

・インフラ :AWS、GCP、自社CDN

・その他 :Github、Slack、Teams

・AI Editor :Cursor

【必須】

・Web系システムの開発実務経験 5年以上

・AWS/GCPに触れた経験(年数不問)

・リーダーとしてメンバーをまとめた経験(年数不問)

【尚可】

・フルスタック開発の経験

・複数名のピープルマネジメント経験

【給与】

年収:600万~780万程度

月給制:月額334000円

給与:※月額:基本給+前払残業手当+職責手当(2万円)

賞与:年2回(7月・12月)

昇給:年2回(4月・10月)※評価により給与を改定

東京都港区芝2-5-6 芝256スクエアビル 6階

三田線「芝公園」駅より徒歩3分

勤務地変更の範囲:勤務地からの変更はなし

【勤務時間】

フレックスタイム制(コアタイム:11時~15時)
