経理職能として、経営概況や事業戦略を総括、CEO・CFOの経営判断および実行への支援を通じて企業価値最大化に貢献

●担当業務と役割
■経理・ファイナンスのエキスパート(会計・制度)として、企業価値向上に向けての施策立案・提言
■正確・適時な制度連結決算・法定開示の完結、および変化する会計基準への即応とIPOに向けての体制強化・高度化
●具体的な仕事内容
■連結決算担当としての事業戦略や業績見通し、実績を取り纏め、その分析に基づく課題の抽出と提言
■会計基準等の関係法令を遵守。監査法人への説明責任を果たし、着実に開示業務を完遂。
■IPOに向けバックキャストで諸課題の適宜解決し、制度連結決算の体制の円滑な立ち上げ
●この仕事を通じて得られること
■ 経営経理として、事業責任者の補佐役として、事業判断に携わり、経営への貢献ができる。
■ 経理・財務業務プロセス変革活動を通じ、PAS経営プロセスの変革にも寄与できる
■ 米州・欧州・中国・アジアに事業展開している当社の各関係会社と密着連携して、グローバル視点で経営経理を実践できる。
■ 経理のプロフェッショナルの育成のために、基礎的な会計・税務知識や最先端の専門スキルに至るまで、様々な研修制度が備わっている。

資格・スキル・経験など
<必須>
■ 公認会計士資格保有者
■ 大手企業での制度連結担当としての業務経験、または監査法人での業務経験がある
■ 語学力(英語) TOIEC 750点以上
■ 学歴:大学・大学院卒
