役員補佐の立場で、オリックスグループ各社のシステム化要件に対してビジネス効果を最大化するシステムインフラを企画、戦略立案し、運営実行まで推進いただきます。
■具体的な業務詳細
インフラ部門の管掌役員が管轄しているインフラ部門の役員補佐として、各部長や配下メンバーと連携しながら下記案件の実現に向け、社内合意形成やを戦略推進をリード頂きます。
【求める人材】
■求めるスキル・経験【必須】
※下記いずれか2つに当てはまるご経験をお持ちの方
・組織マネジメント経験(目安3年以上)
・プロジェクトマネジメントまたはチームリーダーの経験(目安5年以上)
・IT戦略の企画立案や、経営層とのコミュニケーション経験
・関連部署やビジネスサイドとの横断的な業務調整を行うため、社内外を巻き込むチームワークやコラボレーションスキル、コミュニケーションスキルをお持ちの方

・IT技術や業界動向に関する知識・興味がある方
