【仕事内容】

オリックスグループのインフラ部門において、

役員補佐としてシステム化要件の企画・戦略立案・運営実行を担います。

組織横断的なインフラ戦略の企画や、プロジェクトの推進、

業務の自動化によるパフォーマンス向上施策の策定など、幅広い業務を遂行します。

また、インフラ組織のマネジメントや人材育成にも携わり、

次期幹部候補や若手エンジニアの育成計画を検討します。

【具体的には】

・ オリックスグループ各社のシステム化要件に対する

ビジネス効果を最大化するシステムインフラの企画、戦略立案、運営実行の推進

プロジェクト内容

・ オリックスグループのインフラ戦略に関する企画立案および実行

・ インフラ組織マネジメントやプロジェクトの方針決定/運営体制の適正化検討

・ オリックスグループにおける各種PJやシステムのマイグレーション/モダナイゼーション等の推進

・ オリックスグループにおける将来的なITシステム基盤の拡張性や

発展性を加味したプロジェクト立案やリソースマネジメント、社内横断的な情報共有や進行状況報告

・ 業務の自動化などを含めたインフラ業務全般のパフォーマンス向上施策の企画策定

・ 組織の多様な人材育成および育成計画検討(次期幹部候補や若手エンジニアなど)

【求める人材】

【必須】

・ 組織マネジメント経験(目安3年以上)

・ プロジェクトマネジメントまたはチームリーダーの経験(目安5年以上)

・ IT戦略の企画立案や経営層とのコミュニケーション経験

・ 社内外を巻き込むチームワークやコラボレーションスキル、コミュニケーションスキル

【歓迎】

・ ビジネス課題を解決するためのソリューション全般に関する幅広い知識

・ 事業会社における社内IT業務経験や多角的金融サービス提供会社向けのシステム開発/導入経験やDX推進経験

・ ITベンダーマネジメント経験(対象となる製品・技術のコンセプトを理解し、ITベンダーと対等な議論ができるレベル)

【給与】

年収1250~1400万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
