業務内容
東証プライム上場の大手ゼネコンが手掛ける新築マンションや新築ビルの建築施工図業務をご担当いただきます。
施工図を一から作成することはなく、施工図のチェックと修正がメイン業務となります。
最初はCADオペレーターとして建築施工図技術者のサポートを行いつつ、設計図書や業務等について覚えていただきます。
取引先によっては、現場経験後に「リモートワーク・テレワーク・在宅勤務」へ変更も可能です。
【具体的な仕事内容】
・建築施工図のチェック、修正(例:平面詳細図/躯体図/構造図/展開図等)
・仮設計画図のチェック、修正(例:総合仮設図/鉄骨建方図/外部足場計画図等)
※CADソフト:AutoCAD
※現場エリア:ご自宅近くのエリアを考慮(直行直帰)
※応募者の方のご経験によって担当や役割を決めさせていただきます

・AutoCADのスキル
・新築マンションやオフィスビル等のRC造の建築施工図のチェック、修正の実務経験

給与
経験・年齢・能力等を考慮した上で、前職と同等以上の条件をご提示いたします。
【40歳~50歳平均】年収690万円~
月収578,125円(基本給50万円+時間外78,125円)※時間外20時間された場合
【30歳~40歳平均】年収580万円~
月収485,625円(基本給42万円+時間外65,625円)※時間外20時間された場合
【20歳~30歳平均】年収480万円~
月収404,688円(基本給35万円+時間外54,688円)※時間外20時間された場合
待遇
通勤交通費全額支給、時間外手当全額支給(1分単位)、慶弔見舞金(1万円~3万円)、結婚祝い金(3万円)、出産祝い金(3万円)、健康診断(年1回、会社負担)
休日
完全週休2日制(土日)、祝日、年次有給休暇※連続一斉取得制度有、夏季(お盆)休暇、冬季(年末年始)休暇、慶弔休暇、産前産後・育児休暇、介護休暇、特別休暇
